Terms of Service
Effective August 20, 2026
The plain-language version
You subscribe month to month ($49 to $79) and we deliver a fresh, nurse-written content pack branded to your clinic. You can show it on screens in your own practice as long as you subscribe, plus your final month's pack after you cancel.
You keep ownership of your logo and brand assets; we only use them to make your packs. We keep ownership of the content we write. Our content is education for waiting rooms, never medical advice, and your own promos are your responsibility.
Cancel anytime; it takes effect at the end of the billing period. No revenue promises, honest limits on our liability, Tennessee law applies.
1. Who we are and what this covers
These terms govern your subscription to the Waiting Room Network, a service of Cura Studio ("Cura Studio," "we," "us"), operated by Maggie Amrein, RN, at thecurastudio.co. By subscribing, you ("the clinic," "you") agree to these terms on behalf of your practice.
2. The service
Each month of an active subscription, we deliver one content pack for waiting room screens: approximately 20 slides of general wellness education, seasonal content, and up to three promotional slides carrying your own offers, branded with the assets you provide. Packs are delivered electronically (download link or email attachment) in three formats: a looping video file, a slide presentation file, and a folder of image files.
3. Educational content, not medical advice
All health-related content we produce is general education for a lay audience. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a provider-patient relationship. Every pack carries an on-screen disclaimer to that effect, which you agree not to remove. You remain solely responsible for all clinical care in your practice and for compliance of your own promotional copy with laws applicable to your profession.
4. Your brand assets
You keep what's yours. You retain all ownership of the logos, names, colors, photos, and promotional copy you provide ("Clinic Assets"). You grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Clinic Assets solely to produce, deliver, and support your packs. We do not use your Clinic Assets in our marketing without your separate written permission.
You confirm you have the rights. You represent that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, and that it contains no protected health information or third-party material you lack rights to. You agree to cover us for claims arising from assets or promo copy you supply.
5. Our content and your license
We retain all ownership of the content we create, including slide designs, text, and templates. While your subscription is active, you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display your branded packs on screens within your own practice locations and in your own marketing of your waiting room. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or provide packs to other businesses, or strip the Cura Studio credit slide. After cancellation, you may continue to display the packs already delivered to you.
6. Pricing, billing, and the founding offer
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the rate shown at checkout (currently $49 per month for Standard and $79 per month for Premium), plus applicable taxes, processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Founding-clinic pricing ($1 first month, founding rate locked for twelve months) applies only while the subscription remains continuously active. We give at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for you.
7. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel anytime; see the Refunds & Cancellation policy for how. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate a subscription for non-payment or for use that violates section 5, with notice and a chance to fix it where practical.
8. What we don't promise
We promise professionally produced, nurse-reviewed educational content delivered on schedule. We do not promise business outcomes: no revenue, patient-volume, retention, or review-score results. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, with venue in Knox County. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Questions: maggie@thecurastudio.co.
