Privacy Policy

The plain-language version
We collect what we need to run your subscription: your contact details, your clinic's intake info (logo, colors, promos), and billing handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
We don't sell your data, we don't run ad trackers, and we never want patient information; please don't send us any. Email us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you.
1. Scope
This policy covers thecurastudio.co and the Waiting Room Network subscription, operated by Cura Studio (Maggie Amrein, RN). It is a business-to-business service; our customers are clinics, not patients.
2. What we collect
Contact and account information. Name, role, clinic name, email address, and phone number when you inquire, subscribe, or correspond with us.
Clinic intake information. Logos, brand colors, service lists, promotional copy, and contact details you provide for branding your packs.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status, plan, and the last digits of the card; we never receive or store full card numbers. Stripe's own privacy policy governs their processing.
Website basics. Our site is static and runs no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security.
3. What we never want
Do not send us patient information of any kind. Packs contain no patient data, and our intake asks for none. If patient information reaches us by accident, we delete it and tell you.
4. How we use information
To produce and deliver your packs, bill your subscription, respond to you, send service emails (delivery notices, billing receipts, policy updates), and, only if you opt in, occasional product news. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers who run the business (payment processing, email, hosting), each bound to use it only for us.
5. Retention
We keep account and intake information while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for records and legal obligations. Ask us to delete your data and we will, except what billing and tax law requires us to keep.
6. Your choices
Email maggie@thecurastudio.co to access, correct, export, or delete your information, or to opt out of non-essential email. We answer within 30 days.
7. Children
Our service and site are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
8. Changes and contact
